500+ Bed Facility 100% Acute Care Float among every area of Acute Care every day: Cover ICU, Stroke Unit, Post-Surgical Unit, Oncology Floor, & more Mentorship provided by experienced
Therapists:
Over 80 Full-Time Therapists on site Willing to mentor/train therapists without Acute Care experience 4 weeks PTO + 1 week of Sick Time Full insurance with multiple plans to choose from About the

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture Excellent communication skills across all levels Collaborative, team-building personality style Servant leader mindset H-1B Visa sponsorship not available
