Our innovative interdisciplinary rehabilitation team is seeking one motivated Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient services in clients' homes and communities throughout the Bitterroot Valley (Florence, Stevensville, Victor, Corvallis, Hamilton) . Join us in helping adults achieve their highest functional potential where it matters most. Work as little or as much as you want, with the ability to design your own schedule. Benefits and full-time status eligibility begins at just 24 direct care hours per week. We value creativity, adaptability, and a strong generalist approach which is essential for our mobile therapy model that brings care directly into the community. What You'll Do:

Diagnose and treat individuals across the lifespan Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide education and training to families, caregivers, and other professionals Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation and trainings in a timely manner

What You Bring:

Current Occupational Therapy license in the State of Montana Current NBCOT certification Current BLS certification Successful completion of criminal and child protection background checks Minimum of 1 year of experience Passion for functional, client-centered care in home and community settings Ready to Apply?
