Job Description
Pediatric Therapy Associates is an established multidisciplinary practice providing services in Raleigh and the surrounding areas. We have a wonderful opportunity for a full time OT in our Cary location starting in June. The schedule is 8:00-6:30 Monday-Thursday (with Fridays off). New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply. Come join a fun, caring group of therapists providing high quality pediatric therapy! We offer salaried positions, and a full range of comprehensive benefits. A degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program, and a current North Carolina license are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current on best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of treatment goals and progress.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of occupational therapy practice.

Full-time Pay:
$63,000.00- $85,000.
