Neuro Nation PT and Wellness is a specialty occupational therapy, physical therapy, and wellness practice focused on geriatric and neurological rehabilitation. We work with patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, vestibular disorders, and other neurological conditions. If you want to do meaningful work in a supportive, growing practice (not a high-volume mill), keep reading. The Role We are growing and looking to hire a licensed Occupational Therapist on a PRN or part-time basis to join our clinical team. You will collaborate with our PT and OT staff to deliver individualized care to adult and geriatric patients. This role is ideal for an OT who is a parent, wants flexible scheduling, or the chance to grow with a mission-driven practice. What You Will Do Evaluate and treat patients with neurological diagnoses including stroke, TBI, Parkinson's, MS, SCI, and vestibular disorders Build individualized treatment plans targeting ADLs, upper extremity function, fine motor skills, cognition, visual-perceptual skills, and community reintegration Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and SLPs when applicable, to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care Document evaluations, daily notes, and progress notes accurately and on time Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referring providers Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, learning, and accountability What We Are Looking For Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active NC OT license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date Experience treating neurological patients preferred. New grads with strong neuro coursework or fieldwork will be considered.
LSVT BIG, PWR
