Service is provided to students during the 2026-2027 school year, with the potential for varied caseloads and collaboration across disciplines.

Key Qualifications:

Active and current North Carolina Occupational Therapy (OT) license Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Certification from NBCOT Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs Commitment to ethical, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Evaluate students' functional abilities and recommend accommodations or interventions Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student achievement Maintain up-to-date documentation of services, assessments, and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Travel between sites as needed to support multiple students/needs Stay current with best practices and professional development
