Job Description

Homeside Rehab Greensboro, NC 27410 Job Summary Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric home health team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes, helping children achieve greater independence and developmental success while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical team. Job Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, sensory processing, and developmental outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and families regarding progress and care plans Job Qualifications Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License - Required Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently in a home health environment Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits Pediatric experience preferred Minimum one (1) year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred
