Position:

Come work on a team with an average tenure of 10+ years. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture Excellent communication skills across all levels Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers Collaborative, team building personality style Servant leader mindset
