Job Description

Ref #: 9145154 Join a team in High Point, NC for a 14-week contract (non-travel) opportunity starting Jun 22, 2026. This full-time role follows an 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule.
Compensation:
$1,673 per 35-hour week.
Key requirements:
Valid, active Occupational Therapy state license. CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).
Core responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical and cognitive function and environmental factors to identify limitations and establish measurable goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a range of therapeutic approaches to enhance daily living skills and independence. Recommend and instruct patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices. Educate patients and families on management strategies to support ongoing independence and safety. Monitor, document, and report patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to adjust treatment as needed.
