As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at our center, you will play a vital role in our LifeWorks Rehab Program, a pioneering approach to rehabilitation that combines cutting-edge techniques with personalized care plans. Your expertise will enable you to optimize the recovery process for patients with a range of conditions, from injury to surgery, and chronic disease management.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customized occupational therapy plans for patients, focusing on functional and cognitive skills enhancement
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on occupational therapy techniques and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established protocols and standards
