Nags Head, NC Estimated Weekly Gross Pay:
$2,366 | 13-week assignment | Nags Head, NC Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OT for a travel therapy assignment in Nags Head, North Carolina, supporting the Outer Banks area. This is a full-time travel opportunity within the Continuum Therapy Partners network. Continuum is the therapy provider supporting the facility directly, which gives travelers clearer communication, better insight into the assignment, and direct support from a team that understands the clinical environment. Estimated Weekly Gross Pay:
$2,366 Estimated weekly gross pay is based on assignment details available at the time of posting. Actual weekly pay may vary based on hours worked, stipend eligibility, benefit elections, tax withholdings, and approved reimbursements. Full pay package details will be reviewed during the screening process. What You"ll Do Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services in accordance with clinical standards, physician orders, plan of care, and facility expectations. Evaluate, treat, document, and help patients improve function, independence, safety, ADLs, mobility, and quality of life. Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and progress. Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners. Support discharge planning, patient education, caregiver education, and functional outcomes. Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach. What We"re Looking For Active or eligible North Carolina Occupational Therapist / OT license. Prior skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred. Travel experience preferred, but not required for the right clinician. Net Health experience is a plus. Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills. For strong clinicians, this may create visibility into future assignments, extensions, permanent opportunities, or leadership paths when the fit, timing, licensure, performance, and business need line up.
