PM Requirements:
Valid Occupational Therapy state license or proof of eligibility Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel as required. Adhere to treatment schedules, clinical and billing documentation, and attend work-related meetings. Participate in patient care conferences and related meetings. Refer patients to other disciplines or agencies as needed. Consult with rehabilitation team members to select appropriate therapeutic regimens. Adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs. Ensure a safe environment and eliminate fire and safety hazards. Order necessary supplies and equipment. Clean, maintain, and report equipment repair needs. Prioritize patient service to provide high-quality care in a compassionate atmosphere. Screen, examine, and evaluate patients to establish diagnoses, treatment plans, and goals. Design and apply adaptive devices, and train patients in their use. Select activities suited to patients' abilities and interests. Instruct patients in skills for functional activities and evaluate their progress. Perform routine reexaminations to adjust treatment plans. Other duties assigned by Management
