All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Raleigh Clinic. This position is ideal for pediatric occupational therapists who enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and working directly with families in real-life contexts where children live, learn, and play. We are locally and therapist owned and follow a therapist-led clinic model. You will:
Conduct pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments in homes and community settings Develop functional, individualized treatment plans aligned with daily routines Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy in real-life contexts Coach caregivers through practical, hands-on strategies Co-treat with speech therapists Monitor progress and adjust interventions thoughtfully Maintain timely and compliant documentation Communicate consistently with families and the AAT team to ensure coordinated care You will have the flexibility to structure your schedule while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with the practice. $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
