with employer matching contributions Continuing education support and reimbursement Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Office closed between Christmas and New Year's Day What You'll Do Conduct evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's goals and needs Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, coordination, and functional independence Partner with parents and caregivers to provide education and strategies that support progress outside of therapy sessions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maximize outcomes Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as needed Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy experience for children and families Qualifications Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Current North Dakota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure Pediatric experience is preferred; mentorship and support are available for motivated new graduates and therapists transitioning into pediatrics Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care Passion for helping children achieve meaningful developmental goals Join Our Team If you are passionate about helping children thrive and supporting families during critical developmental years, we encourage you to apply.
