Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license (state of North Dakota) Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school environments Familiarity with IEP processes, goal setting, and progress reporting Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, parents, and other professionals Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse student needs Organizational skills and a flexible, problem-solving mindset
