Job Description

Occupational Therapist Job Summary Milestone Health Partners in Williston, North Dakota is growing and seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with the pediatric population, including children with diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, learning disabilities, and other developmental disabilities. Treatment approaches may include Sensory Integration, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, functional and purposeful play, and other evidence-based interventions. This position also offers opportunities to work with the adult population, including upper extremity orthopedic impairments and deficits related to activities of daily living. Therapists at Milestone have the opportunity to build a caseload that aligns with their interests and passions while collaborating closely with PTs, SLPs, behavioral health providers, and ABA professionals. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM-5:00 PM and Fridays from 7:00 AM-12:00 PM, allowing for extended weekends and improved work-life balance. Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
