Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) Hemingford Community Care Center, Hemingford, NE | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at located at Hemingford Community Care Center in Hemingford, NE. New therapists receive:
Strong integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the OT, you'll treat a geriatric population across SNF and Transitional Care, including: Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination Supervision of a COTA (as needed) Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff Benefits Medical / Dental / Vision 401(k) with employer match Up to 3.5 weeks PTO per year Continuing education reimbursement up to $750/year Flexible scheduling and a team that works with you Requirements Current Nebraska OT license in good standing Degree from an accredited OT program Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population Ability to supervise a
