Create individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Provide interventions to improve motor skills, sensory integration, coordination, and activities of daily living. Educate families and caregivers regarding home strategies and treatment goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Participate in ongoing professional development activities. Qualifications Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Successful completion of the NBCOT examination. Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for North Dakota licensure. Pediatric experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain after hire. New graduates encouraged to apply.
