Job Description

. Occupational Therapist (OT) We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges. The OT will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, coordination, and self-care skills.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to promote independence.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and assistive device use.
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and update care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and active state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • BLS certification required.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in rehabilitation or clinical settings preferred.
