Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Unity known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned OT. ??Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Rate Range:
˜ 35-45/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location- Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)

- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NH OT license (or eligibility)
