Job Description
Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while growing your expertise as a school-based Occupational Therapist. A reputable school district near Charlestown, NH is seeking two experienced and licensed OTs to provide essential on-site supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) during the 2026/2027 school year. Both part-time (up to 20 hours monthly) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours weekly) opportunities are available, offering flexibility to suit your needs. This impactful opportunity focuses on professional mentorship and collaboration. Each Occupational Therapist will supervise up to two COTAs within the district, ensuring high-quality, compliant services for students. Key Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of New Hampshire Demonstrated experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants Prior school-based OT experience Strong communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
Provide on-site clinical supervision to assigned COTAs, averaging 7 hours of supervision per COTA each month Complete all required supervision notes, documentation, and administrative duties promptly Facilitate close collaboration with district staff and COTAs to support optimal therapy outcomes and compliance Ensure on-site presence at Claremont public schools Participate in ongoing service improvement and professional development as needed
