Key Qualifications:

Active, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Hampshire Demonstrated experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants Prior school-based OT background, with a strong understanding of special education service delivery Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise up to two assigned COTAs, ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines Provide approximately 7 hours of direct supervision per COTA per month, conducted on-site within public school settings Complete all required documentation and supervision notes accurately and promptly Communicate and collaborate with COTAs, district staff, and administration to support best practices Participate in regular team meetings and professional dialogue to ensure quality services Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations pertaining to occupational therapy practices in schools
