Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT licensure in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain) Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred Knowledge of IEPs, therapy documentation, and compliance with school guidelines Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering student independence Core responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments and developing goal-driven intervention plans Providing direct OT services to students in accordance with IEPs Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all services rendered Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team discussions Educating school personnel and caregivers on strategies for classroom success This contract role offers flexibility within the school day and the chance to work in a supportive, inclusive environment where your skills are valued.
