Job Description

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Part-Time or Full-Time | Outside the Lines, LLC Outside the Lines is growing, and we are actively seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to join our close-knit team. We have created a work environment where therapists can do the job they love while maintaining the work-life balance they need. We believe that excellent care begins with providers who feel supported, trusted, and able to build sustainable careers. A Schedule Designed by You We do not impose productivity quotas or require therapists to work predetermined hours. Our providers design consistent schedules that work for their lives and then commit to maintaining those schedules for their patients and families. This is not a schedule that changes from week to week—it is the freedom to thoughtfully create a reliable schedule that fits your personal and professional priorities. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Our Work We provide occupational therapy to children and young adults of all ages. We also work closely with parents and caregivers to bridge the gap between clinic-based therapy and meaningful carryover at home and in the community. A large portion of our caseload includes children and adolescents with: ADHD Autism Anxiety Developmental delays Genetic disorders Sensory, motor, emotional-regulation, and executive-functioning challenges We value connection with the whole family and recognize that parent education and collaboration are often essential parts of helping a child make meaningful progress. Our Work Environment We are intentional about preventing burnout and building a workplace where therapists can remain for the long term. The vast majority of our therapists have joined our team and never left.
