Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation requirements Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Strong organizational and communication skills Passion for empowering students to reach their highest potential

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students occupational therapy needs within the school environment Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with students IEP goals Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, using creative interventions and evidence-based practices Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success Maintain accurate therapy records, progress notes, and participate in student meetings as needed Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy Youll be part of a supportive educational community where each day brings new opportunities to foster student growth and participation.
