About Applied ABC Applied ABC is a leading provider of behavioral health services dedicated to supporting children with diverse learning needs. We offer tailored interventions, a team of experienced professionals, and flexible support options to help schools enhance their educational programs. Who We're Looking For We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a school-based setting. The OT will play a vital role in helping students develop the skills necessary for success in school and daily life by providing therapy services aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments to identify students' needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school-related functional activities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students. Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student goals. Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations. Requirements Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Additional state-required certifications Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
