Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (if applicable) What You'll Do Evaluate, plan, and administer Occupational Therapy treatments following physician orders Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability Assist diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Use treatment techniques such as manual therapy, neuro-rehab, exercises, and functional activities Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and communicate with physicians Educate patients and families, considering psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety and cleanliness of therapy areas Supervise and collaborate with department staff including Assistants and Technicians What You Need Valid Occupational Therapy license for NH BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient rehab settings Strong knowledge of upper quadrant pathologies, post-op care, and evidence-based practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to operate therapy equipment safely and effectively About the Assignment Join a renowned facility in New London, NH, dedicated to providing excellence in community health and patient-centered care.
