Job Description
Occupational Therapist - Outpatient We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and regain independence through personalized therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address physical, emotional, or developmental challenges. Design and implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, vocational, and social skills. Modify environments or tasks to remove barriers and enhance patients' ability to function independently. Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
