Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' functional physical development and self-regulation skills to inform intervention strategies and help them flourish within the school environment. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring each student receives the support they require for successful learning and growth. Address and remove environmental barriers to access, providing recommendations that create inclusive, universally accessible educational spaces. Participate in IEP meetings, share professional expertise, and document progress and outcomes according to district guidelines.

Ideal Background:

Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Licensure is required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Experience in school settings preferred, particularly with elementary-aged students. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills are essential.
