Locations:

Basking Ridge and Chatham, NJ Flexible start date and schedulingPay range: $38-$48 hourly depending on years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Daily treatment sessions targeting all goal areasDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs, considering age, developmental stage and health conditionsUtilize evidence-based therapeutic techniquesComplete all necessary evaluationsRegularly assess progress, monitor treatment outcomes and modify treatment plans as neededCreate and monitor home programmingIncorporate play-based approaches to engage and teach childrenCompletion of daily documentationProvide expert education and coaching to parents and caregiversConduct clinical collaborationsCommit to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of occupational therapyComplete all documentation dailyImplement novel programming with therapeutic teamProvide coverage sessions

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent and valid NJ state licensure or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist requiredPrior Pediatric OT experience preferredProficiency in administering standardized assessmentsExperience with various pediatric conditionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
