What You'll Do:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes. Design individualized treatment plans based on each patient's functional goals. Address limitations affecting self-care, mobility, and everyday activities. Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and safety strategies that support independent living. Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on techniques that promote long-term success. Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed. Qualifications:

Current NJ State Occupational Therapist license. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a community-based setting.
