What You'll Do Conduct OT assessments for ADLs, IADLs, and safety Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals Provide training in adaptive strategies, energy conservation, and home modifications Educate patients/caregivers on safety and independence techniques Document per NJ DOH, Medicare, and BrightStar standards Collaborate with the care team to maximize patient outcomes What We Need NJ Occupational Therapy license in good standing 1+ year OT experience (home health preferred) CPR/BLS certification Reliable transportation in Camden/Cherry Hill Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills
