Our team of licensed pediatric therapists and child development specialists offers speech, occupational and physical therapy, plus enrichment classes that support early milestones in-homes (across Hudson County). Through evidence-based practices and play-based learning, we help build skills that carry over into the precious moments of everyday life with your child. Summary We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver personalized therapy services within homes and in-schools. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's occupational performance. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each child's unique needs. Utilize multi-sensory techniques to engage children in therapeutic activities. Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Provide education and support to families regarding strategies for skill transfer in daily routines. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with children, particularly in early intervention settings, is preferred. Strong understanding of pediatric development and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members. Experience in providing mentorship and supervising for either OT students, grad students or licensed
