What you bring:
Current Occupational Therapist licensure (New Jersey) Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and goal setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a varied caseload and effectively organize time Flexibility and adaptability within a school environment Collaborative spirit for interdisciplinary teamwork What you will do: Provide assessments, direct therapy, and consultations for students with diverse needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and functional objectives Educate and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive outcomes Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings Deliver services across various settings, from classrooms to resource rooms as needed Imagine developing your clinical skills while fostering growth, confidence, and independence in the students you serve.
