Qualifications:

Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Familiarity with state and district requirements for school-based therapists Experience working with K-12 students preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to fostering student growth and participation in school activities

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Deliver direct therapy services onsite, adapting interventions for a range of abilities Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress Document sessions, monitor progress, and contribute to IEP meetings as required Organize schedules and manage a yet-to-be-determined caseload efficiently across both schools
