Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) - Flexible Clinic-Based Position The Therapy Corner Fairfield, NJ Job Details Part-time | PRN $75 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Experience working with children Occupational Therapy Organizational skills Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description The Therapy Corner is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Fairfield, NJ . This is a great opportunity for an OT looking for a flexible schedule and the ability to gradually build a caseload based on their availability and preferred number of clients.
Position Details:
Clinic-based pediatric occupational therapy $75/hour Flexible schedule — choose the number of days and hours you would like to work Caseload can be built gradually depending on how many clients you would like to see Opportunity to start part-time and increase hours as the caseload grows Access to clinic treatment spaces, therapy materials, and equipment Access to a sensory gym and pediatric therapy equipment Collaborative environment with Speech-Language Pathologists and other pediatric providers Opportunity to help develop and grow occupational therapy services within an expanding pediatric practice Responsibilities may include: Evaluating pediatric clients and developing individualized plans of care Providing skilled occupational therapy to address fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, self-care, regulation, play, and functional participation needs Completing appropriate documentation and progress updates Communicating with families regarding goals, progress, and carryover strategies Collaborating with other members of the child's therapy team when appropriate
Qualifications:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New Jersey Pediatric experience preferred Experience with sensory processing and sensory-based intervention is a plus Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and families and would like the flexibility to create a schedule that works for them while building a consistent pediatric caseload.
Pay:
