Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Knowledge of pediatric assessments, treatment planning, and IEP documentation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and parents Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and prioritize student needs Commitment to supporting diverse student populationsCore Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services in individual and group settings Develop and implement therapy plans based on students' IEP goals Assess, monitor, and document progress using evidence-based practices Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing professional input and expertise Educate school staff and caregivers on exercises and accommodations to support students' development Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environmentBenefits:
