The ideal candidate is a skilled professional passionate about delivering quality home care and making a real difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients in their homes and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames Provide OT treatments to patients in the comfort of their homes Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in OT or higher from an accredited occupational therapy program Valid NJ state license to practice OT and NJ registration
