This full-time position offers opportunities to work across a range of grade levels, engaging with students and collaborating closely with school staff and families.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred Expertise in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Knowledge of K-12 developmental and academic needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluate students needs related to motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation Develop and deliver tailored therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development Provide ongoing consultation to teachers, administrators, and families for effective support strategies Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Foster an inclusive, empowering learning environment for students with varying abilities Experience the rewards of helping students thrive academically and personally.
