Competitive salary Flexible schedule Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC is a pediatric therapy agency that provides contracted Occupational therapists, Speech therapists and Physical therapists to various schools in New Jersey. Miriam Skydell has been contracting therapist to schools for over 25 years. Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC is a small personalized agency which values our therapists time. All our contracts are by the hour regardless of student presence, all positions are paid hourly as 1099. We currently have two OT positions available in Newark, NJ From September 2026 through June 2027 4 full days or 5 ½ days (The school is flexible)

Details:

Services is needed for 15 students with multiple disabilities, ½ of the students are non-speaking and non-ambulatory. Evaluations and IEP meetings will be required in addition to direct therapy services

Rate:

$85 /hour OT - Newark Charter School 4-5 days per week Kindergarten-8th grade General education students receiving OT as a related service through their IEPs Classifications include SLD, Autism, and CI Approximately 6-7 hours per day, with some flexibility Requirements Resume NJDOE Certificate Active state license for practicing occupational therapy Professional Liability Please let us know if you or someone you know might be interested.
