Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Oakland Campus for a full time maternity position. The position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse population of students ages 7-21 in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students ranging from ages 7-21 Work closely with Speech Therapy (ST), Physical Therapy (PT), Classroom teachers, and Nursing staff to deliver a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to student care. Manage a caseload of 12-13 students, ensuring personalized and focused therapy. Participate in weekly supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings to support professional growth and enhance service delivery. Work with a diverse caseload that may include students with unique adaptive equipment needs, sensory issues and vision impairments.

Qualifications:

Current licensure in Occupational Therapy in the state of New Jersey Current certification or eligible for NJ Department of Education School Certificate Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
