Valid and current Occupational Therapist license Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Experience working with children or in pediatric settings Ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based environment Commitment to fostering student independence, participation, and growth

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and create evidence-based therapy interventions for students Implement OT services according to individualized education plans (IEPs) Document progress and maintain compliance with relevant regulations Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students success Participate in team meetings and provide input on student programming
