Position Summary Heart to Heart & Associates is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, clinic-based environment serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, sensory processing needs, and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy while partnering with families and other clinicians to help children develop greater independence and reach their full potential. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs. Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric clients. Address areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing and regulation, activities of daily living, visual-motor skills, and other functional needs. Collaborate with BCBAs, speech-language pathologists, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Educate and support caregivers to promote skill development and carryover outside of therapy sessions. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Qualifications Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program. Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy assessment and intervention techniques. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
