• 47/hour | Full-Time | Benefits We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Scotch Plains.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, safety, and independence through individualized therapy. What You'll Do Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance Establish meaningful goals and monitor resident progress Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to improve safety and independence Modify treatment plans based on resident needs and response to therapy Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with COTAs, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals What We Offer $42
