We are looking for an OT who is passionate about working with children and committed to helping each child reach their fullest potential. This position offers the opportunity to provide both land-based occupational therapy and aquatic therapy in our on-site therapy pool. We are looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and a team-oriented approach to their work.

Position Details Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday Employment:

Full-time or part-time Required availability: After-school hours and Sunday mornings Provide both land-based OT and aquatic therapy services Work with children of varying ages, abilities, and developmental needs Collaborate with therapists and other team members to provide a supportive, comprehensive therapy experience Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing Experience providing occupational therapy services Pediatric experience required Experience working with children with developmental, sensory, motor, or functional challenges Comfortable working in both a traditional therapy setting and an aquatic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, energetic, and willing to think outside the box Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing consistent care Passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and skills to reach their individual potential The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and brings a positive, encouraging attitude to every session.
