Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, and treat children with developmental, sensory processing, and motor skill challenges, helping them achieve greater independence in daily activities. Responsibilities Evaluate children's fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide therapy to improve motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration. Educate and support families with strategies for continued development at home. Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, and educators to create a comprehensive care plan. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress and patient outcomes. Stay informed on the latest research and techniques in pediatric occupational therapy. Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid NJ license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with children in a clinical, school, or home setting required Strong communication skills Flexibility and Professionalism Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate therapy sessions.
