The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans and implements a goal oriented Occupational Therapy treatment program that focuses on restoring function, activities of daily living, fine motor skills/coordination, cognitive functioning and preventing further disability as a result of trauma, disease, amputation, congenital defects, surgery and other debilitating illnesses. Provides an optimum environment for functional goal achievement. Utilizes interdisciplinary collaboration and available resources to provide care. •Outpatient occupational therapist with experience in treating the hand and upper extremity. Certified Hand Therapist Certification preferred.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school. Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs. Strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers. An exceptional focus on teamwork and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
