Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for a therapist who is motivated, team-oriented, and interested in professional growth in outpatient rehabilitation. New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing occupational therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Establish short- and long-term functional goals Progress and modify treatment plans based on patient response Provide patient and caregiver education Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner Support discharge planning and functional independence goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Maintain clinical competence through ongoing learning and development Assist in maintaining an efficient and positive clinic environment Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible in New Jersey) Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Experience or interest in ADLs, functional rehab, and discharge planning Ability to work with diverse patient populations Interest in outpatient orthopedics, neuro rehab, pediatrics, and geriatrics Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance 401(k) with 3% employer match Continuing education stipend Full-time position Locations Convenient Northern NJ locations: Lyndhurst Garfield Wallington Woodland Park All clinics are easily accessible via major highways and public transportation.
