Responsibilities may include:

Provide engaging, goal-driven pediatric OT treatment Complete evaluations and develop treatment plans (OTRs) Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with parents, caregivers, therapists, BCBAs, and other team members Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in COTA supervision when applicable (OTRs) Support and mentor student therapists when appropriate Help children develop the skills they need to become more independent and successful in their everyday lives Who We're Looking For Candidates MUST currently hold the appropriate credentials to practice Occupational Therapy in New Jersey.

Qualifications include:

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current New Jersey OT or COTA license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for pediatric therapy Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team Dependability and consistent attendance Experience working with children with developmental, sensory, behavioral, or emotional needs is a plus.
