Offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Mileage Reimbursement Position Overview As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment using evidence-based approaches to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life. You'll also play an essential role in patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents to identify functional limitations and therapy needs Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on ADLs and IADLs Monitor progress and adjust interventions in collaboration with the care team Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for functional success Maintain accurate and timely documentation per regulatory standards Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory guidelines Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist license (NM) In good standing with all licensing boards SNF or long-term care experience preferred Experience with Net Health documentation system is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Luna Health & Rehab?
