Category Schools - OT - Telehealth Job Type All Job Types A virtual occupational therapy opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year, based in Espanola, NM, supporting an elementary school setting. This role is designed for a therapist eager to provide specialized OT services primarily through telehealth, accommodating a four-day workweek with Fridays off.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services virtually, addressing student needs within the school environment Manage a manageable caseload with reasonable expectations, tailored to age preferences discussed during the interview process Collaborate with educational staff to support student development and participation in school activities
Qualifications:
Valid New Mexico state license (NMRLD) required by start date New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) certification required or in pending status upon starting Experience with school-based occupational therapy and telehealth modalities preferred Ability to effectively manage caseloads and prioritize student needs
